I came here more than a half month. My comrade in army ,Mr.Zhang introduced me to here． I told he that I hold a doubtful manner to Qigong when I arrived the Qigong center.After I came here,under Mr. Shao and Mrs.Liu’s indoctrination carefully,At first,I haven’t try my effort to study it ,but I felt better than before. Why is it? I discussed with Mr.Shao and many students,why did I doubt to the Qigong treat each kind of diseases. At that time ,because the society has many negative discussions.According to the traditional custom,we treat diseases were believed in doctor and the medical service,have’t heard of the Qigong treat the diseases.Also,several years ago,the “Fa Lungong”has influenced the national legal system. Another, the social order and convention are not calm and steady, it is worried about by some people Qigong is improper superstition and deceive. I believed in Qigong because I found that Mr.Zhang’s face color was change, his nose and skin were ruddy which the dialect said the red light on face.We are old friends,between us make joke is very often. I haven’t suspected and practiced for a week. I came here on July 11th .When I arrived here , my appearance is very terrible .I felt ill for dozens of years.Since I joined the army,we worked in battlefield very laborious. It let my body in a bad status. I must tell the truth .Through a period of practice, my sleep became quite better.In the practice process,what respond to me? Sometimes, after practiced ,my hands and feet like the sponge that the response of Qigong. Yesterday afternoon, after practiced, my body temperature was very high ,like as a group of hot air around my skin, this indicated is the response of Qigong. One day, after I had have supper at 6:00, my belly hurt very fiercely. At evening, over the classes, I didn’t tell everyone and took a walk alone, after crossing the process, I felt that it was the Qigong curative effect response. Finally, my belly wasn’t painful. Certainly, these health problems continue for a long time, but treatment must through a period of time. Depended on Mr.Shao,Mrs.Liu and my friends taught me carefully, and my subjective endeavor,I thought that I may achieve convalesce completely. I study here about a half month, I also believed the Qigong isn’t a improper activity, it has a true treatment result to achieve convalesces. Finally, I thank teachers and all classmates’ teaching and help, wish everyong healthy, happy, and have good luck in everything.
